Hair Challenge: Vitamins and Supplements

I am doing a personal hair challenge. Right now my hair is about 10.5 inches stretched in the top and about 9 inches stretched in the back.
I will be focusing on getting my hair to be about 14 to 15 inches stretched all the way around. I also want thinker hair as well. I began my weekly deep conditioning treatments on December 5th. In the past I only deep conditioned once every six weeks. I know I know. I am doing better. I began taking my supplements on December 8, 2008.
Below are the dosages I am taking per day:

MSM 2000 mg
Biotin 2500 mcg

I am monitoring my dosage to see what works best for me. This is important with anything that you do. We are all different so what works for one might not work for the next person.

I would love to have thicker and armpit length stretched hair by December 2009. Do you think I can do it? Hopefully I can. I am going to be taking care of my hair more than I have in the past.

  1. Your hair is beautiful.I've been taking multivitamins and fish oil supplements because even though biotin grew my hair and nails, it broke me out. I had to make a tough decision. lol. My new supplements are doing the job as well. I hope to see you achieve your goal!
