
P90x has done my body good thus far. I am currently on day 38 and I can tell the difference from when I began. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been well worth it. I have currently lost 3% of my body fat but my weight tends to fluctuate which is fine. The reason why I am saying that the fluctuation of my weight is fine is because the workout plan that I am on is constructing my body to lose body fat and gain muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. I am more focused on losing the body fat and inches rather than the weight. And no, I'm not trying to get all ripped and hard LOL! I just want to tone up. Once I get to day 60, I might be brave enough to post my progress pics…. I don’t know about that yet.

Are the workouts as tough as the infomercials state?
ReplyDeleteFor me the "Plyometrics" Video and the "Chest, Shoulders and Triceps" Video are tough. I am getting better at both of them though. This entire workout package is intense. All of the the videos are at least 55 min. The Yoga X video is 90 minutes.
ReplyDeleteIt is a must that you stay dedicated and watch what you eat if you want the full benefits. Sometimes I don't even feel like working out but I quickly remind myself of my goals. I also want to see change with by body physically on the outside as well as on the inside.
I am going to finish it. It makes you want to continue with the program once you begin to notice the results. I am sticking with it because I can see that it is working.
